Certificates
Backed issues a certificate when you are funded, when you pass a Launchpad, and for every payout. Anyone can verify one from its link.
When you get one
| Certificate | Issued when |

| Funded certificate | An account of yours is funded. |
| Launchpad Challenge | You pass a Launchpad evaluation. |
| Payout certificate | A payout is paid. It shows the amount you received and the payout number. |
| Lifetime payouts | Updated after every paid payout with your running total, under one link that never changes. |
Verify a certificate
Every certificate has an id (BKD- and a code) and a QR code that opens its page at backed.io/verify. Anyone can check it there. Certificates are only issued from confirmed events, so they cannot be made by hand.
Share it
Open a certificate in the app to download it, copy the image or post it to X with its text ready, for example "Payout No. 3 from @trybacked".
