Payouts

Request a payout

Step by step, from checking eligibility to the funds landing in your wallet or Rise account.

  1. Make sure you have a payout destination

Payouts go to a wallet or a Rise account saved on your profile. It is never typed into the payout form, so nobody can redirect your payout. Add one in the app under Settings → Payout methods (or take the payout as Backed balance, which needs nothing set up). See Payout methods.

  2. Close your positions

Close every position and cancel every open order on the account. Payouts are only possible on a flat account.

  3. Open the payout panel

Select the funded account and open Account details. The payout panel checks every condition (the agreement, your identity check, green days, the buffer) and shows what you can withdraw.

  4. Request the payout

Choose how much profit to withdraw (any amount from $50, or leave it at the most allowed) and how you want to be paid: a crypto coin and network, Rise, or Backed balance (10% extra). The form shows what you receive after your split. One request per trading day.

  5. Wait for review

The request moves from Requested to In review and then Paid, within 24 hours. Until then you can close trades on that account but not open new ones.

  6. When it is paid, your payout history shows the transaction hash (or the Rise reference). You also get an email and a payout certificate.

If your request is rejected

Your payout history shows the reason. Nothing is taken from the account for a rejected payout. Fix what it says and request again, or email support@trybacked.io if anything is unclear.
