Payouts
How payouts work
What you can withdraw, when, how much, and how it reaches your wallet.
The short version
- Get funded (Instant accounts start funded).
- Finish green days with your profit above the payout buffer. On Flex and Sprint one green day is enough, every day.
- Close your positions and request a payout from the account page. You keep 80%, up to 90% with the add-on or on Sprint.
- We review it and send it in the crypto of your choice or through Rise, within 24 hours.
The payout buffer and caps
Profit up to the buffer stays in your account as a cushion. Anything above it can be withdrawn, up to the cap for that payout.
| Program | Buffer | How often | Max per payout | Then | Split |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launchpad | 3% | Every 5 green days | 2% (payouts 1 to 3) | 4% | 80% |
| Flex | 2% | Every day you finish green | 3% (payouts 1 to 3) | 6% | 80% |
| Sprint | 1% | Every day you finish green | 4% (payouts 1 to 3) | 8% | 90% |
| Instant | 4% | Every 3 green days | 4% (payouts 1 to 3) | 8% | 80% |
All percentages are of your starting balance. You can ask for less than the most allowed. The minimum payout is $50.
Flex $100,000, first payout
Balance at the end of a green day: $105,500. Buffer 2%: profit up to $102,000 stays. Above it: $3,500, capped at 3% = $3,000. At 80% you receive $2,400.
The account keeps $102,500 and the drawdown floor moves up to $100,000.
When you can request
You can request a payout when all of these are true:
- The account is funded and active.
- You have the green days your program needs since your last payout (or since you were funded).
- Your closed profit since the last payout is positive.
- Your profit is above the buffer, and you ask for at least $50.
- Every position is closed and no orders are working.
- On Instant: your best day is no more than 30% of the profit since the last payout.
- You have not already requested one today, and no other request is open.
- The Funded Trader Agreement for the account is signed.
- Your identity is verified (once, before your first payout).
The payout panel on the account page checks every item for you and shows what is left to do. There is no fixed payout calendar.
How long a payout takes
Every payout is reviewed by our team and sent within 24 hours of your request, usually much sooner. While a request is open you can close trades but not open new ones. You can follow its status in your payout history: Requested → In review → Paid, with the transaction hash (or the Rise reference) once it is sent.
How you get paid
What happens to your account
- The amount you withdraw leaves the balance, and you keep trading.
- After your first paid payout the max drawdown floor moves up to your starting balance for good. See Drawdown.
- Backed Protector strikes clear, on the accounts where it applies.
- You get a payout certificate you can share, and your lifetime payouts certificate updates. See Certificates.
